January 2013 Update

Menas Realty Holiday 2012
December 14th, 2012- The air was cold and the sun was on hiatus but warmth emanated from The Prado at Balboa Park. Menas Realty Company celebrated its Annual Holiday Extravaganza with enticing cuisine, team-building games, and a sense of togetherness that superseded any office setting. As the staff was dressed to the nines and cheered, "Good tidings," to one another, there was no shortage of excitement. Julie Menas presented Alana Riggs with the "Manager of the Year," Award for the integrity of her leadership skills and Tiffany Beddoes with "Support Staff of the Year," for her dedication to customer service. It was a joyous event, all around, and a phenomenal way to end 2012.

A Happy Little Bumblebee
This year, the staff at Menas Realty Company were fortunate enough to be associated with the Ronald McDonald House and meet Tania and her son, David, a vivacious 3 year-old boy who had been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoma Leukemia in June of 2012.  Despite the physical hardships that he had to endure, he never lost his zeal for life and his adoration for the popular film, “Transformers.” As any parent would, Tania dedicated herself to David’s health which unfortunately took a toll on the family’s finances. Through countless donations and volunteered time, we were able to help provide David with a Christmas unlike any other child, including receiving a bicycle based on the character, “Bumblebee,” from his beloved, “Transformers.” David thoroughly enjoyed his gift but it was he who gave us the gift.

New Software for Menas Realty Company
Menas Realty Company is excited to announce that we are underway with converting to a new integrated software system, Village Management Software, which is specifically designed for HOA Management Companies. Converting the accounting module has been underway for several months, and we are now able to present reports to our clients. The next phase will be the management module, which we are all very excited about.
